Brian and his team members did extensive work on my house in 2019. Very professional, always has a solution whatever comes along. If he doesn’t think one of your ideas is suitable to the remodel he will let you know and give you some ideas; you are still the final decision maker. Yes some ideas might be a little pricey; however, after he explains and shows you the reason for that you still can make your own decision. I am so proud to let everyone know who did the beautiful job on my home. I have another list of things I will be giving him here shortly.

We highly recommend Shannon and Brian for any paint job you might have. We found them through a neighbor by “word of mouth”. What luck! They repaired and painted a water stained ceiling and devised a paint match for a dinged cabinet door. Each time they finished for the day, the room looked like no-one had been there. The next time we called Shannon, she refinished and stained our front doors. Again, the work was outstanding. They are dependable, responsive and reasonable. Whenever there are more projects inside or out, they will be the ones we call.

We were absolutely thrilled with HD Painting & Stain Co. Shannon and her team were extremely professional, friendly, and did an amazing job on our living room, office, basement, daughter’s bedroom, and stairwell! They completely cleaned up their work areas at the end of each day, and when the job was done there was no bleedover in any of our corners where the color changed, no paint splatters on our molding or floors, and the vertical stripes in our daughter’s bedroom were spectacular. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is very particular about their home. They left our home immaculate and they are the only ones we will call again for future projects!

Shannon and I worked together on refinishing our large front maple door with side lights. It was tricky as it was custom made and finished. The maple wood was naturally light in color and had not been stained originally, just protected with a clear finish. Over years, it had been exposed to the elements and was weathered including some darkened areas. Plus the protective finish had yellowed. Shannon refinished it literally by hand, working every inch several times over in each stage, from the sanding, to getting the stain color just right and the protective finish. She was patient, persistent and professional in her approach to the job, the extensive work required and the knowledge to get it just right. Shannon also was willing and able to consult with paint/stain retail associates at length to source just the right products, as well as a friend/interior designer of mine on the color. The end cost was fair and in line for all the on-site working days and off site research. Shannon and the HD Paint & Stain Company gets a gold star from us! Plus Shannon is a delightful, positive person, exhibiting a very high work ethic and very trustworthy. It was great to work with her!

I have used HD in the past and just finished a project that included indoor spaces and the front door. From beginning to end the experience was great. I called and someone got back to me quickly. Brian came out to bid the jobs and suggest colors. He has such talent to help you determine what colors would be best. He considers your other furnishings and your personality. I was impressed with the professional job HD Painting and Stain did on my deck and pergola. The deck floor is older and needed to be power washed as well as the use of a stripper before beginning any painting. They took care to ensure complete coverage everywhere.
